Our 7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To Be Eligible for a Return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
How to Request a Return:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
